Dr. Grady McGonagill
President, McGonagill and Associates

Grady McGonagill is President of McGonagill Associates, a consulting firm specializing in capacity building for learning and change. His workshops on leadership, conflict management, team building and interpersonal skills have been offered through executive programs at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and MIT’s Sloan School of Management, among others. Dr. McGonagill holds a doctorate from Harvard University and an M.A. from Stanford University. He is a contributor to the Fifth Discipline Fieldbook, edited by Peter Senge et al (New York: Doubleday, 1994).
